Resource Trading Guide for Arc Raiders
Learn how to trade resources effectively in Arc Raiders. Vendor prices, market values, material exchange rates, and profitable trading strategies.
Understanding the Economy
Arc Raiders has a resource economy driven by supply and demand. Some materials are common and cheap. Others are rare and highly valued. Understanding relative values helps you make smart decisions about what to sell, trade, and keep.
Vendor Sell Prices
Vendors buy items at fixed prices. These prices rarely change and serve as a baseline value for any item. Use vendor prices to evaluate whether an item is worth keeping or selling. If an item sells for less than its recycling output value, recycle it instead.
Material Exchange Rates
Some materials can be converted between types at crafting stations. Know the conversion rates and use them to your advantage. If you have excess of one material and need another, check whether a conversion recipe exists before farming from scratch.
Profitable Trading Loops
The most profitable trading strategies involve buying cheap, processing, and selling high. Look for items that can be purchased, recycled into valuable materials, and then either sold or crafted into higher value items. These loops compound your wealth over time.
What to Never Sell
Never sell rare materials needed for high tier station upgrades. Never sell quest items you have not used yet. Never sell crafting ingredients for recipes you plan to use. When in doubt, store it. Storage is cheap but regret is expensive.
